Offering a wide variety of experiences within our space. We love to collaborate with our guests to make a one of a kind experience. Monthly ticketed events being winemakers pouring their wine’s, winemaker dinners, and educational wine classes. We have something for everyone.

3 course tasting menu

This experience is for one or more guests, any night,  you can have a 3 course tasting menu. we will schedule a call to discuss food and wine pairings, to curate a specific experience for you. 3 day advance booking required

This experience is for one or more guests, any night, you can have a 5 course tasting menu. we will schedule a call to discuss food and wine pairings, to curate a specific experience for you. 3  day advance booking required

Somm Table

This experience is for two to four guests. the chef presents a 5 course unique seasonal tasting menu, complete with the sommelier selected and poured pairings. This experience must be pre paid for 72 hour in advance and booked through resy.

This experience requires a minimum of 6 guests.  we will schedule a consultation, to discuss what types of wines you would like to explore. 7 day advance booking required

sparkling wines from around the world

sparkling wine is not just for celebrations, but should be enjoyed any day of the week at any time!!! join us as we talk about and taste various sparkling wines from around the world. we will explore the different techniques used to make sparkling wine as well all the terminology used by the different regions of the world that produce the sparkling wines you need to be drinking now.. this one-day class includes wine tastings, printed materials, and lasts about an 1 hour. you can buy any of the wines you taste to take home with you! our class takes place at our brick and mortar wife and the somm in glassell park | 3416 Verdugo Rd 90065

burgundy

one of the greatest wine regions in the world, and also one of the hardest to understand. we will look at maps, talk about soils, and geology, as well as all the AOCs (deliminated regions) that make Burgundy one of the most famous wine regions. and of course we will taste some very amazing wines from all over Burgundy. this one-day class includes wine tastings, printed materials, and lasts about an 1 hour. you can buy any of the wines you taste to take home with you! our class takes place at our brick and mortar wife and the somm in glassell park | 3416 Verdugo Rd 90065
